We price each project as a fixed fee after the discovery sessions. You'll see what's being built, when each part lands, and what it costs, before you commit. No hourly billing.

You get the source code, the runbooks, and a half-day training. After that the system is yours. We offer monthly retainers if you want us to keep tweaking it. Same shape as a freelance contract, no lock-in.

Agents work within the same system permissions your staff already have, and every action they take is logged — so you can see and audit exactly what the agent did. Less than most people expect. Discovery needs a few hours from the people who actually do the work — we shadow them, we don't fill their calendar with meetings. During the build you're answering the occasional question. Once it's live, it runs on its own and only comes to a human when it should. The whole point is to take work off your team, not hand them a project.
Usually, and it's a different shape of cost. A full-time hire for this kind of work runs roughly RM 3,000–6,000 a month before EPF, SOCSO, leave, training, and the risk they move on. An agent is a one-time build plus a small monthly plan, and it works nights, weekends, and three languages without ramping up or churning.
